You created your store budgets based on anticipated growth and you likely targeted expenses as a percentage of sales or gross profit. If you are not hitting your plan, it doesn't mean there's something wrong with it. The plan is the plan. Look beyond the plan to uncover your performance issues. I will request to review your monthly location plans and monthly profit and loss statements for the previous 24 months.Then I'll request to review your daily and monthly total sales and gross profit trends in total and by class of business (tires, brakes, ride control, steering & suspension, etc.). If you are underperforming in any area, I can help.
